Wedding Photography-Jon & Kristen

Kristen and Jon invited me to photograph their outdoor wedding at a plantation home in Mississippi. Kristen was beautiful in her dress. Here's a photo of her in her boots which was her choice in wedding shoes. :)

New Christmas Card Design

Happy Holidays!!

I've designed two new Christmas Cards for you.

Greeting Cards are printed on 5x7 inch cardstock and have full color on both front and back. Up to four photos can be showcased on the front of the cards. All cards come in packs of 25 and include your choice of white or parchment envelopes. $45.00 per pack of 25

Christmas Family Portraits-The Schlamps

I am so excited Christmas is coming! Christmas family portraits is one of my favorite sessions to do. I love the sweaters and coats, christmas decorations and the fallen leaves on the ground. The cold weather makes for intimate family photos since snuggling keeps everyone warm.

Now that Thanksgiving has come and gone, I've had some time to upload some photos from one of my sessions. The Schlamps have been repeat clients of mine since before they got married. Here are a few of their photos.

Family Christmas Portraits

It has been such a thrill watching my bff's baby girl grow up. Gosh, time does go by so fast. What an honor it is to be able to capture those special moments in her life on camera and have them to give to her family. I know she will grow up to be a beautiful lady inside and out. Baby K's One Year Birthday Portraits

Babies grow up so fast.  I'm always amazed at how much they change from portrait session to portrait session.  I vividly remember this little guys newborn portrait session.  Mom, Dad and Baby had an in home portrait session...very laid back and intimate.  Here is a flashback of his first year along with some photos from his first birthday portrait session.

We had to skip one of our portrait sessions in the First Year Package, so Baby K  is getting an extra special portrait session.  Check back for sneak peeks of those soon!

Congrats on your wedding Wes and Tina

These are images from a wedding my husband and I attended as guests. It has been a while since I was able to go to a wedding and not be the photographer. The wedding was held at the Baton Rouge Contemporary Art Gallery. The bride and bridesmaids were beautiful in their cage veils and purple gowns. Fun with Vintage Photoshop Actions

I've been having a lot of fun playing with photoshop these past few days. Doing wedding photography on top of portraits had left me feeling overwhelmed with post processing. I was dreading looking at photos and I missed the times I spent creating my own actions and manipulating photos. Needless to say, this has been refreshing. :)
